Eiko LifeSciences has appointed Mr. Suraj Mahadev Gaikwad as an Additional Independent and Non-Executive Director.

He will serve until the upcoming Annual General Meeting and, subject to shareholder approval, will continue for a term of five years as an Independent Director.

Mr. Gaikwad brings over seven years of experience in accountancy and business management.

This appointment is expected to strengthen the board's expertise, support strategic goals, and enhance the company's operational efficiency and compliance structure.
