Baweja Studios Limited has informed the Exchange about appointment of M/s. S I G M A C & Co., Chartered Accountants (Firm Registration no. 116351W), as Statutory Auditors of the Company for a term 5 (five) years, commencing from the conclusion of the 25th AGM (to be held in the year 2026) until the conclusion of the 30th AGM (to be held in the year 2031), subject to Shareholder s approval.
