NITCO Limited, with its subsidiary & promoter, signed an MOU with HOABL for joint development of Alibaug lands.

This deal is expected to generate Rs. 1,300-1,500 Cr over five years, accruing to Nitco & its subsidiary.

Rs. 9 Cr received as security deposit.
