Union Bank's Dubai branch issued US$600 million senior unsecured notes.

This includes a $300 million tranche (3-year, 5.230% coupon) and another $300 million tranche (5-year, 5.417% coupon). Proceeds will fund its DIFC branch and general corporate purposes.
