Nilachal Refractories' board has approved its 49th AGM for Sept 26, 2026 (VC/OAVM). It also approved new Independent Directors, Mr. Bijay Kumar and Ms. Priyanka Poddar, plus continuation for Mr. Pradip Mohapatra, all pending shareholder approval.

Sept 19, 2026 is the Record Date.
