SKP Board met, setting the 5th AGM for Sept 17, 2026. Key items include proposing Director Sangita Palshikar's re-appointment, approving revised remuneration for CMD Shrinand Palshikar & Mrs. Palshikar, and putting forth Jain P.C. & Associates as new statutory auditors.
