Josts Engineering Company Limited has incorporated a Wholly Owned Subsidiary named JOSTS TECHNO SOLUTIONS LIMITED with an initial paid-up capital of 0.01 Cr.

This new entity will operate in the Engineered Products and Service business, aligning with the parent company's core operations and strengthening its presence in this sector.

The incorporation was structured as a related party transaction, which received prior Audit Committee approval and was conducted at arm's length.

The new subsidiary is yet to commence operations.
