Tinna Rubber And Infrastructure has completed sending out notices for its 39th Annual General Meeting (AGM) and the Annual Report for the financial year ended March 31, 2026. The AGM will be held virtually on September 15, 2026. Shareholders can exercise their voting rights through remote e-voting, which runs from September 11 to September 14, 2026. The company has also set September 08, 2026, as the record date for determining eligibility for the final dividend.

The share transfer books will be closed from September 09 to September 15, 2026 for the AGM and dividend purposes.
