Microse India's Board has approved crucial steps for its upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM). Key items include the draft Directors Report and AGM Notice for the financial year 2025-26. The AGM is scheduled for September 29, 2026, at which time shareholders will consider the re-appointment of Director Mr. Shyam Sunder Agrawal.

The company also announced book closure from September 22 to September 28, 2026. Ms. Ritika Agrawal was appointed as scrutinizer for the e-voting process.
