This marks a critical phase for the company, now under the oversight of M/s MVK IPE LLP as the Interim Resolution Professional.

All creditors are invited to submit their claims with proof by September 3, 2026. This process is crucial for the company's future and its stakeholders, with an estimated resolution closure by February 16, 2027.
