S.I.Capital & Financial Services Limited will hold its Annual General Meeting to consider key proposals.

These include adopting the audited financial statements for the financial year 2025-26 and re-appointing two directors, Mr T.B.

Ramakrishnan and Ms Jitha Chummar.

Shareholders will also approve a revision in the Managing Director's remuneration, which comprises a fixed salary of Rs. 1.25 lakh per month and a 15% commission on profit before tax exceeding Rs. 0.7 Cr.

Additionally, the company plans to issue Non-Convertible Debentures via private placement, seeking approval to raise up to Rs. 10 Cr.
