Terai Tea Company's Board, following a review by the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, has approved changing Mr. Rajendra Kanodia's designation.

He moves from Non-Executive Director to Executive Whole-time Director for five years.

This strategic shift, pending shareholder approval, leverages his 40+ years of experience in tea plantation, marketing, and finance by bringing his extensive knowledge directly into the company's executive leadership.

Mr. Kanodia has been a board member since 1987.
