Sayaji Hotels Limited has entered into a Hotel Management Agreement to provide operational and management services for a new hotel property in Bhavnagar, Gujarat.

This proposed hotel will feature 80 rooms, developed as a star-category property, and will operate under the "Effotel" by Sayaji brand.

This strategic agreement supports the company's expansion plans in key Indian markets, further strengthening its presence in the Western region.
