Zodiac Energy has incorporated ZODIAC ENERGY IPP-2 PRIVATE LIMITED, a wholly-owned subsidiary, for a nominal investment of ₹0.01 Cr.

This new entity is a Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) set up to manage solar power generation and EPC projects.

This strategic move aims to accelerate Zodiac Energy's expansion in the renewable energy sector, strengthen its operational capabilities, and efficiently execute upcoming solar projects, thereby expanding its overall portfolio and growth trajectory.
