Shri Bankesh Chandra Agrawal was re-appointed as Chairman & Managing Director for three years, along with Shri Sarthak Agarwal and Shri Nihit Agrawal as Whole Time Directors for the same term.

Mr. Shri Ram Gupta was re-appointed as an Independent Director for a second five-year term.
