CWD Limited's board has re-appointed Mr. Pravin Bansilal Kharwa as a Non-Executive Independent Director for a second five-year term, effective March 19, 2026. Mr. Kharwa, a Chartered Accountant with over two decades of experience in statutory audits, financial reporting, and compliance, continues to provide critical financial and oversight expertise to the company.
