Anand Projects Limited held its 91st Annual General Meeting, where shareholders adopted the standalone and consolidated financial statements for the financial year.

Key approvals included the re-appointment of Mr. Rajesh Kumar Sharma as a Director and as Whole-time Director (Key Managerial Personnel). Shareholders also approved material related party transactions with an associate company.

Additionally, Mr. Manish Sharma was re-appointed as an Independent Director for a second five-year term.
