Daikaffil Chemicals India Limited has announced its 34th Annual General Meeting (AGM) will take place virtually on Tuesday, September 22, at 4:00 p.m.

Shareholders can participate via video or audio-visual means.

The company will email the AGM Notice and Annual Report to registered shareholders, with a web-link provided for others to access these documents on company and exchange websites.

Remote e-voting opens on September 19 and closes on September 21, with voting also available during the meeting.

The Share Transfer Books will be closed from September 16 to September 22 for the purpose of the AGM.
