Consolidated revenue was ₹160.97 Cr (FY25: ₹257.12 Cr) and profit was ₹1.99 Cr (FY25: ₹7.65 Cr). No dividend was declared.

The company faces ongoing income tax appeals for demands totaling ₹2.24 Cr for the group, but remains optimistic about long-term growth in its core markets.
