Fine-Line Circuits has scheduled its Thirty-Sixth Annual General Meeting to be held virtually via Video Conferencing or other audio-visual means.

Shareholders can participate and cast their votes using remote e-voting and e-voting during the meeting.

Additionally, the company has opened a special window allowing shareholders to re-lodge physical share transfer requests that were previously rejected or not submitted.

These shares will be mandatorily converted to demat mode and held under a one-year lock-in.

This initiative helps shareholders regularize holdings and ensures smoother transfers.
