The company is providing an e-voting facility for all resolutions.

Remote e-voting will be available from September 21 to September 23, with September 17 as the cut-off date to determine eligible voters.

Additionally, the company's Register of Members and Share Transfer Books will be closed from September 21 to September 24 for the purpose of this AGM, ensuring smooth administration for the meeting.
