TGIF Agribusiness Limited has announced its 3rd Annual General Meeting (AGM), scheduled for September 25, 2026, at 3:00 PM.

The meeting will be held virtually via Video Conferencing/Other Audio-Visual Means, allowing shareholders to participate without physical presence.

The company will circulate the Annual Report for FY 2025-2026 and AGM Notice electronically, also making them available on company and exchange websites.

A remote e-voting facility will be provided for all members to cast their votes.
