Wallfort Financial Services has announced its Thirty-First Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on Friday, 25th September, 2026. The company will conduct the meeting virtually using Video Conferencing or Other Audio Visual Means.

This provides shareholders with flexibility to attend.

In preparation for the AGM, the Register of Members and Share Transfer Books will be closed from Saturday, 19th September, 2026, to Friday, 25th September, 2026, inclusive.
