Shareholders can attend via Video Conferencing or Other Audio-Visual Means.

The AGM notice and Annual Report for FY2025-26 have been distributed electronically and are available on the company website, CDSL, and BSE.

The company will facilitate e-voting for members.

Importantly, the Board has not declared a dividend for the financial year ended March 31, 2026.
