Ashram Online.Com Limited's shareholders have approved key board appointments.

Mr. Bharat Jain Tatia, a promoter shareholder with 9,00,400 shares (7.50%), was appointed/regularized as a Non-Executive Non-Independent Director, bringing over three decades of experience in exports, investments, and capital markets.

Additionally, Mr. Madhavan Ganesan, with 20+ years in finance and accounting, and Mr. Sriram Karpakavenkatraman, with expertise in Vedic scriptures and business operations, were appointed as Independent Directors for five-year terms.

These strategic additions are set to strengthen the company's governance and enhance its overall capabilities.
