Kapil Raj Finance Limited's board has announced changes to its composition.

The company appointed Mr. Arun Kumar Pandey and Mr. Manoj Yadav as additional Non-Executive Non-Independent Directors.

Simultaneously, Mr. Punith D Puthran and Ms. Jalpa Kalpesh Darji resigned from their Non-Executive Director roles.
