Sunrise Efficient Marketing Limited has clarified a change in the date for its 06th Annual General Meeting (AGM). The AGM will now be held on Thursday, September 24, 2026, at 12:30 P.M. at the company's registered office.

This change corrects an inadvertent error in the previously announced date and ensures the meeting avoids coinciding with Ganesh Visarjan.

All other business items approved by the Board remain unchanged, and the revised AGM Notice will reflect this updated date.
