Record Date

Apex Frozen Foods has set Sep 10, 2026, as the Record Date for its Final Dividend for FY26. Shareholders holding shares on this date will be eligible for a 25% dividend, equivalent to ₹2.50 per share (on ₹10 paid-up value). This dividend, if approved at the upcoming Annual General Meeting, will be disbursed on or before Oct 16, 2026.
