To determine eligibility for the AGM, the company has set a book closure period from September 19, 2026, to September 25, 2026 (inclusive). Shareholders can participate in e-voting from September 22, 2026, at 09:00 AM until September 24, 2026, at 05:00 PM.

The cut-off date for e-voting eligibility is September 18, 2026.
