TAMILNADU STEEL TUBES LTD will hold its 47th Annual General Meeting (AGM) virtually via Video Conferencing or Other Audio Visual Means.

The Annual Report for 2025-26 and the AGM Notice will be sent electronically to shareholders with registered email IDs and will also be available on the company and stock exchange websites.

Shareholders holding physical shares or without registered emails are urged to update their contact details online or via email/post with the RTA to receive these important documents.
