TATIA GLOBAL VENNTURE LIMITED has strengthened its board with two new appointments approved by shareholders at the 32nd Annual General Meeting.

Mrs. Shoba Nahar joins as a Non-Executive Non-Independent Director, bringing extensive experience in finance, investments, and business management.

She holds 4,87,560 shares and is related to the Chairman.

Mrs. Balasubramanian Kiruthika was appointed as a Non-Executive Independent Director for a five-year term.

She also has over ten years of experience in finance and business management, further enhancing board expertise.
