RMC Switchgears has announced its 32nd Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held virtually via Video Conferencing or Other Audio-Visual Means.

Shareholders can participate and vote on agenda items for the financial year.

Electronic copies were sent to registered shareholders.

E-voting facilities are available, allowing shareholders to cast votes remotely before the meeting or during the virtual AGM, ensuring broad participation.
