Record Date

Poddar Pigments has set September 14, 2026, as the Record Date for its final dividend for FY26. Shareholders holding shares by this date will be eligible for the dividend, if approved at the upcoming Annual General Meeting.

The company's Share Transfer Books will be closed from September 15 to September 21, 2026, for this purpose.

Eligible investors will receive the dividend within 30 days post-AGM approval.
