Galaxy Bearings has announced its 36th Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held virtually.

Shareholders will vote on significant matters, including adopting the Audited Financial Statements for the year ended March 31, 2026. Key director re-appointments are on the agenda, specifically Mr. Devang Maheshchandra Gor and Whole-time Director Mr. Bharatkumar Ghodasara, whose re-appointment includes approving his remuneration and continuation in office after 70 years.

The company will also seek ratification for its Cost Auditors' remuneration for the financial year 2026-2027. E-voting will be available for shareholder participation.
