LEASING & FINANCE has announced its 40th Annual General Meeting (AGM) will take place on Wednesday, September 30, 2026. To facilitate the AGM, the company’s Register of Members and Share Transfer Books will be closed for seven days, from Thursday, September 24, 2026, through Wednesday, September 30, 2026, inclusive.

Shareholders should be aware of this period for attending the meeting and for any share transfer considerations.
