Competent Automobiles Co. Ltd. has announced its 41st Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on Friday, 18th September, 2026, at 11:00 AM via video conferencing.

The AGM Notice and Annual Report for FY 2025-26 have been electronically sent to shareholders and are accessible online.

Shareholders can participate in remote e-voting from 15th September, 2026 (9 AM) until 17th September, 2026 (5 PM), or vote during the AGM.

The record date for e-voting eligibility is 11th September, 2026. The company’s share transfer books will close from 12th September to 18th September, 2026, for determining dividend entitlement for FY 2025-26.
