KBS India Limited has announced its 40th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Friday, September 18, 2026, at 4:30 P.M.

(IST). The meeting will be held virtually through Video Conferencing.

To determine shareholder eligibility for the AGM, the company's Register of Members and Share Transfer Books will be closed from Saturday, September 12, 2026, to Friday, September 18, 2026, inclusive.

This closure means only shareholders registered by the end of business on September 11, 2026, will be eligible to participate and vote in the AGM.
