The Phosphate Company announced its 77th Annual General Meeting, set to be held via video conferencing.

Shareholders will adopt the audited financial results for the recent fiscal year and consider a final dividend of Rs. 2 per equity share.

Key agenda items also include the re-appointment of Director Shri Ajay Bangur and the continuation of Independent Director Shri Gautam Bhattacharya, ensuring strong corporate governance.

Additionally, shareholders will ratify the Cost Auditors' remuneration of ₹17,500 for the upcoming fiscal year.
