VK Global Industries has announced the closure of its share transfer books from September 16 to September 22 (inclusive) for its upcoming Annual General Meeting.

Shareholders should note no share transfers will be processed during this period.

For remote E-voting, the cut-off date for eligibility is September 15. The E-voting window will open on September 19 at 9:00 AM and close on September 21 at 5:00 PM.

Once cast, votes cannot be changed.

This ensures shareholder participation readiness for the AGM.
