Sanchay Finvest Limited has announced significant changes to its Board of Directors.

The company appointed Mr. Rohit Mishra and Mr. Gaurang Karmakar as Non-Executive Independent Directors for five-year terms.

Ms. Lily Mundu was also appointed as a Non-Executive Non-Independent Director.

Concurrently, Mr. Nikhil Mathur and Mr. Milan Shah resigned as Independent Directors due to personal and professional commitments.

Additionally, Mr. Sarthak Sharma was re-appointed as Whole-Time Director for another five years.
