YUG Decor's Board has approved key leadership changes and preparations for its 23rd Annual General Meeting.

Mr. Chandresh S. Saraswat was re-appointed as Managing Director and Ms. Ankita Saraswat as Whole-time Director, both for five-year terms, pending shareholder approval.

The Board also appointed Mr. Sunil Thakore as an Additional Independent Director, subject to shareholder vote at the upcoming AGM.

Additionally, the Board approved the Directors' Report for the Financial Year 2025-26 and appointed a scrutinizer for the e-voting process for the AGM.

These decisions ensure management continuity and enhance independent oversight.
