Ace Alpha Tech's Board approved key actions, including the appointment of M/s S. Agarwal & Company as new Statutory Auditors for five years, pending shareholder approval at the upcoming 14th Annual General Meeting.

The existing auditors' term will conclude at this AGM.

The Board also approved an alteration to the company's Articles of Association.

This change enables the company to levy fees for inspecting its records and providing copies, within legal limits, while ensuring free access where required by law.

These proposals will be put before shareholders at the AGM.
