Dhanalaxmi Roto Spinners Limited has announced its 39th Annual General Meeting (AGM) will take place on September 21, 2026. The company has set September 14, 2026, as the record date.

Shareholders whose names appear on the register by this date will be eligible for the dividend for the year ended March 31, 2026, and can participate in the AGM.
