Federal-Mogul Goetze has declared an interim dividend of INR 7.50 and a special dividend of INR 86.50 per equity share.

The Record Date for eligible shareholders is September 4, 2026. This means shareholders holding shares by this date will be entitled to receive the total dividend of INR 94.00 per share.

The payment for these dividends is scheduled on or before September 25, 2026.
