Shree Manufacturing Company Limited has provided remote e-voting facilities for its shareholders to cast votes on resolutions during the upcoming Annual General Meeting.

E-voting will commence at 9:00 a.m. on September 18 and conclude at 5:00 p.m. on September 20. Shareholders registered as of September 14 are eligible to vote.

While members can attend the meeting after remote e-voting, they cannot vote again in person.
