The company has updated its Board of Directors following a meeting on 26th August.

It appointed Mr. Rohit Mishra and Mr. Gaurang Karmakar as Independent Directors for five-year terms, and Ms. Lily Mundu as a Non-Executive Non-Independent Director.

These appointments, effective 26th August, are subject to shareholder approval.

Additionally, Mr. Sarthak Sharma was re-appointed as Whole-Time Director for another five years, also pending shareholder approval.

The board also noted the resignations of Independent Directors Mr. Nikhil Mathur and Mr. Milan Shah, effective the same day, citing personal and professional commitments.
