Outcome of Board Meeting

Goldstar Power's Board approved migrating shares from NSE Emerge to the Main Board (subject to approvals). They also approved the regularization and reappointment of Independent Directors, along with reclassifying two individuals from 'Promoter Group' to 'Public'.
