Record Date

Aarti Industries has set **Monday, September 14, 2026**, as the record date for its proposed dividend of Re.1/- per equity share (20% on Rs. 5 FV). Only shareholders registered by this date will be eligible for the dividend, which awaits approval at the AGM on September 21, 2026. If approved, the dividend will be paid to eligible shareholders by October 9, 2026.
