Prime Fresh Limited has acquired 1.5 million equity shares in its associate company, Florens Fresh Supply Solutions Private Limited, for a cash consideration of Rs. 20.75 per share, totaling approximately Rs. 3.11 crore.

Florens, engaged in the trading and distribution of fresh and processed food products, aims to use this capital for business development and expansion.

Florens' turnover has shown growth, reporting Rs. 36.36 crore in FY26, up from Rs. 18.70 crore in FY25 and Rs. 13.91 crore in FY24. This move strengthens Prime Fresh's position in the agricultural and food supply chain sector.
