Arex Industries has announced its 33rd Annual General Meeting (AGM) for September 28, 2026, to be held virtually.

Shareholders will review the financial results for the quarter and half-year.

E-voting information is available, with the cut-off date on September 21, 2026. Separately, the company will transfer equity shares and unclaimed dividends from the 2018-19 financial year to the Investor Education and Protection Fund (IEPF) if they remained unclaimed for seven consecutive years.

Impacted shareholders are being individually notified and can claim these funds from the IEPF Authority.
